Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small piece of information stored in your browser for a website. Local storage and similar technologies can perform related functions. First-party storage is associated with the website you visit; a third party can also supply a technology or receive information from it. Session storage normally ends when the session closes. Persistent storage remains until expiry or deletion. The name or technical label does not determine whether a technology requires consent.

Crowntune uses session and security storage to maintain sign-in, protect accounts and forms, and route requests. This storage is limited to the requested function and expires with the session. We also store your privacy choice for up to six months so that we can honor it and avoid repeatedly asking. Our website and hosting service provide these essential functions. They do not serve advertising purposes. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or another requested feature from working.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you opt in. It measures visits, pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, and technical performance. It can process a browser identifier, device and browser details, and approximate location to produce usage reports. This information helps us understand which pages work well and where errors occur.

The _ga cookie distinguishes browsers for analytics. Cookies beginning _ga_ maintain analytics session state. Their configured lifetime is up to two years and can be renewed when you return with analytics enabled. They are optional and are not set before consent. The cookie lifetime is separate from our two-month retention setting for the user and event data covered by Google Analytics retention controls. Reset on new activity is disabled for that data setting. Aggregated reports may remain longer.

We keep advertising personalization, Google Signals, advertising account links, and cross-site advertising pixels disabled. Analytics collection stays blocked until consent; rejecting analytics does not trigger analytics measurement without cookies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment details, or release files to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information in the United States or other countries subject to applicable transfer protections. You can choose Accept Analytics or Reject Analytics in the cookie control. Essential functions remain available when you reject analytics. Clicking Cookie Settings lets you withdraw consent at any time with the same ease as giving it. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection from that browser and removes the analytics cookies controlled by our site. It does not invalidate processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. Contact legal@crowntune.com to ask about deletion of personal information already collected.

Visiting the site, scrolling, or accepting our Terms of Service is not analytics consent. We remember your choice for up to six months unless you change it or clear site data. You may need to make a separate choice on another device or browser. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; we do not conduct those activities. That signal does not replace the separate choice to enable optional analytics.

Your browser can block or delete cookies and site data. Clearing site data may erase remembered privacy choices, and blocking all storage may interfere with essential functions. You can also use Google's browser analytics opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout where supported. That add-on is an additional option and is not needed to reject analytics on our site.

If you follow a link to PayPal, a bank, or a music Platform, its own site and cookie policy apply there. A payment route or outbound link does not by itself authorize that third party to place optional tracking on the Crowntune website.

We update this page when providers, purposes, or storage periods change. A new optional purpose that requires consent will receive a separate choice before it is used. The date above shows the latest revision.
